Hosting Opportunities at the National SBIR Spring Conference 2003

The National SBIR Spring Conference attracts over 600 small hi-tech businesses, entrepreneurs, and researchers each year to the Washington DC area. Federal agency program managers, high-level decision makers, venture capitalists, major corporation representatives and attendees all converge with the common goal of creating new technologies partnerships that will solve America's most important scientific and technical challenges.

Your contribution to hosting this event is the most targeted means of reaching the small business community, securing name recognition and increasing visibility among entrepreneurs, researchers and other attendees from across the country and with a variety of occupations and technical backgrounds. This is an opportunity to market your organization or product to a targeted audience while differentiating your organization from the competition and showing your support of the small business community and the SBIR program that encourages economic growth in the United States.

As a host of the National SBIR Spring Conference 2003, you will receive:

  • Recognition of your support and a link to your website from the conference website;
  • Acknowledgement in the official program materials;
  • Signage at the conference indicating your support;
  • Patron ribbon attached to your badge that flags you as a supporter;
  • The gratitude of hundreds of small businesses, researchers, and entrepreneurs for helping make this the most valuable event they attend this year;
  • And much more depending on your selected level of support…

Our host program offers several levels of support to meet your marketing and budget requirements. Opportunities include, but are not limited to, hosting or co-hosting the open reception, breakfasts, lunches or breaks, or providing conference mementos or tote bags. If there is a level of hosting below that does not fit your needs or budget, please contact us.
