Exhibiting at the National SBIR Spring Conference
2003
For more than 10 years, small hi-tech businesses, entrepreneurs,
researchers, and engineers have relied on the National SBIR Spring Conference
to educate them on Federal funding opportunities for early stage R&D. The
Conference has provided a forum for discussion and networking between small
hi-tech firms, federal agencies, federal contractors, and the acquisition
community that is not available through any other venue. The most valuable
information comes from successful networking through one-on-one meetings that
take place in the dedicated exhibit area. Exhibiting offers your organization
the competitive advantage during this networking event with name recognition
and visibility.
Exhibiting at the National SBIR Spring Conference is an opportunity

representatives, and SBIR Federal agencies;

meeting times;

The conference agenda has dedicated times for networking/visiting
exhibitors and an incentive program will be offered to encourage the flow of
attendees. To highlight exhibitors at the conference, the opening reception
will take place in the Exhibitor/Networking area on Tuesday, April 22nd at 5:30
pm and the exhibit area will remain open during the conference sessions.
General Exhibitor Information
Exhibit space is limited so register early. Only 10x10 exhibit
spaces are available. A table, 2 chairs, and electricity are included in the
exhibitor fee. Each person staffing an exhibit must register and pay
for the conference. The registration fee includes meals, reception, and
conference materials. Exhibitor move-in and set-up is Monday, April 21st from
12:00 - 5:00 pm or Tuesday, April 22nd from 8:00 - 11:00 am. Breakdown of
exhibits begins at 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 24th.
